Return Conditions

Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date the tracking information shows the package was successfully delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Covered under our worldwide return policy

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items damaged by strong detergents or chemical cleaners
  • Items ironed or dried at high heat
  • Items washed with dark or heavily dyed garments
  • Damage caused by insects, animals, or improper storage
  • Damage caused by physical impact, friction, or excessive rubbing
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window

Return Process

  1. Within 30 days of receiving your order, contact us at support@sneakerdailyus.com for assistance.
  2. Provide photos or videos clearly showing the item’s current condition.
  3. Pack the item carefully in its original packaging to ensure full protection.
  4. Include your name, order number, and reason for return inside the package.
  5. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to the return address provided.

Important: If a customer returns a product without our approval, we reserve the right to decline the refund.

Additional Information

Returned items must be securely packaged to avoid loss or damage during transit. Acceptable packaging includes padded envelopes, boxes, or any protective method ensuring safe delivery. Returns damaged due to improper packaging may be rejected.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are not paid by the customer initially and will be refunded to the customer once the return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
  • The refund will be issued in the same currency used at checkout.

Exchange Policy

We offer a one-time exchange for items that do not fit or were ordered in the wrong size or color. Customers may exchange for products of equal or higher value. If the replacement item has a higher price, the customer will need to pay the price difference. If the replacement item is of lower value, the price difference will not be refunded.

Return shipping costs for exchanges must be paid by the customer.

The conditions and process for exchanging an item follow the same requirements as our return policy.
