Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At SneakerDailyUS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process in compliance with Google Merchant Center requirements.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery (as shown on tracking information) to request a return or exchange.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• New, unused, and in its original condition.
• Original tags and labels must be attached.
• Free from dirt, stains, odors, or signs of wear.
• Must be in the original packaging.

3. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

• Restocking Fee: $0.00 (We do not charge a restocking fee).
• For Defective/Damaged Products: If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), SneakerDailyUS will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
• For Customer Remorse (Change of mind/Wrong size): For exchanges or returns due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Return Process

1. Contact us at support@sneakerdailyus.com with your order number and photos of the item.
2. Once confirmed, please ship the item to our official return address: 939 S Oxnard Blvd, Oxnard, CA 93030, United States.
3. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the package reaches us safely.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.

6. Exchanges

We offer a one-time exchange for size or color. Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. If the replacement item has a higher price, the difference must be paid. If it is lower, the difference is non-refundable but can be used as store credit.
