Processing Time & Shipping Time

We process orders on business days (Monday to Friday, EST), excluding holidays observed by the Post Office.

Shipment processing time:

  • All orders made before 2:00 PM (EST) are processed within 2-3 business days.
    Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
  • If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Time:

Standard Shipping: 

  • United States: 6-10 Business days.
  • Rest of the world: 12–21 Business days.

Express Shipping:

  • United States: 3-5 Business days.
  • Rest of the world: 7-12 Business days.

Does not include processing time.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs vary by destination. You can calculate exact charges at checkout by entering your mailing address.

  • Flat shipping rates:
    • $6.99 for United States.
    • $16.99 for the rest of the world.
  • Express Shipping:
    • $25 for all order.
  • Free Shipping on all orders over $79.99.

About Late Deliveries

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

  • Incorrect address or missing details
  • Severe weather conditions
  • International customs procedures

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 3-5 days for the carrier to scan your package.

If no tracking info is available, the carrier has not processed your package yet.
